AGENDA DRIVEN LEADERSHIP

I WILL NOT practice Agenda Driven leadership

Agenda-driven leadership is when you would make recommendations, support and use tactics to achieve an outcome that you want but had previously opposed or condemned similar recommendations, support and tactics when they were exhibited by another individual.

 

Agenda-driven leaders are inconsistent, they appear to flip flop or do 180s regularly. What they deem to be appropriate behaviour or process, is totally unacceptable when someone else has exhibited the same behaviour or process. 

 

This is the style of leadership that undermines trust and creates division. When determining how you will cast your vote in the 2022 election look at the factual history of how members of council voted, supported, recommended and condemned in previous terms of council Vs what they are doing in the current term of council.

ALWAYS VOTE FOR PRINCIPLE-CENTERED LEADERSHIP!
