I’ve known Joe Belanger both professionally and personally for over 20 years when he became my team leader as Director of Sales for NAPA Auto Parts back in the early 2000s.

Joe has always been a true visionary with the innate ability to foresee things better than anyone I’ve had the privilege of working with. Joe was viewed by many as a “true mentor” as he took pride in guiding his team by giving them the confidence to think beyond and go beyond the traditional.

Joe himself was a top-performing manager during his tenure and well recognized by many senior colleagues for having the most promotable team in the organization. Many of us, myself included, went on to achieve great success in our careers due to Joe’s exceptional leadership!

Joe will always remain a person of great value, the highest level of integrity and now a friend! I consider myself to be one of the fortunate individuals to of had Joe invest in my future.
